REGISTRATION
Q.How do we register a team?
A.Visit the Tournaments page, find the event you want to enter, and click 'Register Your Team.' You'll create an account, add your roster, and pay the entry fee in one flow. Rosters can be edited until the freeze date (48 hours before first game).
Q.Can I add players after registering?
A.Yes — until 48 hours before your team's first game. After that, the roster is frozen. Additions or replacements after freeze require approval and may not be granted mid-tournament.
Q.What documents do I need to submit?
A.Birth certificate and signed waiver for each player.
TOURNAMENTS
Q.How are tournaments structured?
A.Most tournaments are pool play on Saturday (3 games per team) followed by single-elimination bracket play on Sunday. Check each tournament's detail page.
Q.How is seeding determined?
A.1) By pool play record 2) runs allowed 3) runs scored 4) run differential 5) coin flip. Full rules are on the Rules page, Section 6.
Q.What ages and divisions do you run?
A.Starting Fall 2026, 11U and 12U. We will then expand to 8U–14U starting in Spring of 2027 and beyond.
RULES & PLAY
Q.What bat rules apply?
A.12U and below: no bat restrictions. 13U and above: BBCOR (-3) or wood only. See the Rules page, Section 3.
Q.Are there pitch count limits?
A.No pitch count limits for any level. Coaches should use best discretion and keep player safety the top priority.
Q.What's your mercy rule?
A.Game ends if a team leads by 15 after 3 innings or 10 after 4. Championship games have no mercy rule.

A.2 or more teams registered to the same tournament receive a $50 per team discount.
